Maintenance Production Manager - Raleigh
Alfredo has been with GreenView Partners since the beginning, Prior to working with GreenView Partners, he worked or 10 years at one of the largest landscaping companies, servicing residential and commercial and commercial accounts. Starting as a Field Manager, he recently celebrated his 10-year anniversary with our company. He has a passion for creating happy clients through customer service and he loves training new employees how to create quality landscapes using efficient methods. He lives in Durham with his wife and two children and enjoys spending the weekends with family and playing soccer with his son.

PAUL BLESSING
Turf and Horticulture Manager
Paul joined GreenView Partners in 2021, and has over 35 years of residential & commercial turf and ornamental management. He holds a NC Pesticide license in Turf & Ornamental and Right of Way, while also having his NC Structural Pesticide License in Pest Control. He has extensive experience in woody ornamental diagnosis & care, and a passion for educating his customers. Prior to joining GreenView Partners, Paul’s past 28 years were with TRUgreen’s commercial division, managing turf for athletic fields, commercial & industrial parks, homeowners associations, and multi-family communities. Paul is an Army veteran, has been happily married for 37 years, and has two grown children and one granddaughter.
DERRICK BOYLES
Account Manager - Raleigh
Derrick is a North Carolina native, moving to Raleigh in 1988 to attend North Carolina State University. He has been in the landscape maintenance industry since 1991, and spent over 20 years with one of the nation's largest landscape providers before joining GreenView Partners in 2013. In his off time, Derrick enjoys playing golf, going to the beach and attending concerts for some of his favorite bands
TYLER BRITT
Branch Manager - Charlotte
Tyler joined GreenView Partners in 2022, bringing 19 years of landscape experience to our group. As the son of a landscape business owner, Tyler has been around commercial landscaping his whole life, and officially worked for his dad’s business, at some capacity, since he was 14 years old. Prior to joining GreenView, Tyler was an Account Manager with a national commercial landscape provider, where he managed landscape quality for high-end commercial and residential HOA properties. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in Clover, SC, and watching Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Braves, Charlotte Hornets, and NC State games.
JEN BROUGHTON
Senior Account Manager - Raleigh
Jen is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and brings over 17 years of experience in Customer Service and Account Management to GreenView Partners. She has experience in Residential and Commercial Landscaping through Account Management, Commercial and Residential Sales, and Operations. Jen strives to create the perfect client experience through exceptional service and communication. Jen is also currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management.
CHAD CABALLERO
Branch Manager - Fayetteville & Wilmington
Chad joined GreenView Partners in 2012. He has a combined 11 years of experience in the green industry. His journey at GreenView Partners started as a crew foreman before becoming Production Manager, now Account Manager at our Fayetteville, NC branch. Prior to joining GreenView Partners, Chad worked as a commercial lawncare specialist/trainer for 6 years for one of the nation’s largest lawncare companies. He currently lives in Fayetteville, NC with his wife and his two children.
GUADALUPE ACEVEDO CABALLERO
Maintenance Production Manager - Raleigh
Guadalupe has been with GreenView Partners for 12 years, and has over 16 years of landscape experience. Prior to entering the landscape maintenance industry, Guadalupe work in golf course maintenance for 7 years. Outside of work, Guadalupe enjoys spending time at parks with his family and going to church.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Raleigh
Bobby joined GreenView Partners as the Senior Business Developer in 2018. Bobby is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he received a BS in Horticulture and Landscape Design. He brings with him over eight years of commercial landscape experience that include, Business Development, Account Management and Enhancement Management. He has a proven track record of providing solutions to customers in all market segments. He is a passionate person and is grateful for his wife and two children.

JASON COOPER | CIC, CID & MORE
Irrigation Manager
Jason joined GreenView Partners in 2017 and holds over 10 Irrigation-related certifications, including his backflow certification. Jason also holds a FX Luminaire Landscape Lighting Certification. He has over 10 years of commercial landscape experience, mainly focused on Irrigation & Landscape Construction management. He is fluent in 2-wire irrigation systems and he recently obtained his Commercial Irrigation Design and Commercial Irrigation Contractor Certification certifications, both are nationally recognized. He is a wealth of irrigation knowledge, and a strong promoter of all things water management through his LinkedIn page. Jason loves camping, the beach, cookouts and tinkering. He lives in Raleigh with his wife and 2 children.

ERIC DAUGHTRY | NCLC, NCIC
Partner, Vice President of Operations
Eric, a graduate of Appalachian State University, has over 20 years of commercial landscape experience. He began his career with one of the nation’s largest landscape maintenance companies and has been with GreenView Partners since 2011. Eric’s expertise includes working with a diversity of large and small-scale class A office parks, Homeowners Associations, multi-family communities and government municipalities. Eric holds his NC Landscape Contractors license, NC Pesticide License, and BMP inspection certification. Eric splits his time managing a portfolio of accounts and managing our maintenance division. Eric grew up in Greensboro and lives in Willow Springs, NC with his wife and 2 children.
BENBURY ELLINGTON
Senior Account Manager - Raleigh
Benbury comes to GreenView Partners with over 18 years of Commercial Landscape experience. He started his landscape career in 1998 installing large-scale tree & shrub, irrigation, hardscape and lighting projects. He is very passionate about his teams’ landscape quality, the relationships he develops and communication he has with his fellow staff and customers. He lives with his wife, daughter and six dogs in Oxford, NC and loves spending his time off at the lake.
Rosybel Arias
Employee Engagement & Recruiting Manager
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Rosy relocated to Raleigh two years ago after spending the past 13 years living in various European and U.S. cities. Holding a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Deusto University in Spain, she boasts five years of experience in recruiting and Human Resources. Rosy is passionate about assisting others in discovering their genuine passions and fulfilling work, while also helping them find motivation and joy in both their daily and professional lives. She enjoys watching football, particularly as a fan of the Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins, being outdoors, and staying active.
DARRIN HOCKSTRA | NCLC, NCIC
Owner, Managing Partner
Darrin, a graduate of NC State University, has over 20 years of commercial landscape experience. He left a 15 year career at the nation’s largest landscape company to start GreenView Partners in 2010, developing a company that puts its customers and employees before ever increasing corporate profit goals. With that mind-set ingrained as the foundation of GreenView Partners, Darrin has grown the company into one of the top Full-Service Landscape Providers in North & South Carolina. Darrin has his NC Landscape Contractor and NC Irrigation Contractor license. He grew up in Raleigh, NC and lives there with his wife and 2 children.
CHRIS JOHNSON | NCLC, NCIC
Partner, Director of Landscape Maintenance
Chris, a graduate of Wayne Community College, has 20 years of landscape experience. He started his landscape career with the nation’s largest landscape maintenance companies and has been a valued employee of GreenView Partners since 2011. Chris has a diversity of experience, and trust from our customers in class A property and facility management companies, Office park, Homeowners Association and Multi-family markets with regional and property management staff. Chris has his NC Landscape Contractors license and NC pesticide license. To date, he manages a portfolio of accounts and operating our Raleigh branch. Chris lives in Sims, NC with his wife and 2 children.
MICAH GRUBB
Enhancement Production Manager
Micah started with GreenView in Raleigh in 2023. His landscape career began in Durham with a focus on outdoor living spaces. Boasting more than 12 years of experience as a production manager, Micah brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He currently resides in Mebane with his wife and son.

Regional Enhancement Production Manager
John joined GreenView Partners in 2016. He has Associates Degree’s in Turfgrass Management and Horticulture from North Carolina State University. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential landscape installation. John lives in Willow Springs, NC with his wife Stacey and sons, Tyler and Dakota.

Brent joined GreenView partners in 2016 and brings along 8 years of experience in commercial and residential landscape maintenance. He got started in the green industry working for his father's small residential landscape maintenance company and from there he spent the last 5 years as a crew foreman. Brent's attention to detail and years of experience drives his ability to deliver the highest quality of professional landscape maintenance service. He lives in Durham, NC with his wife and son.
CRAIG MOORE
Account Manager - Wilmington
Craig brings over 20 years of commercial and residential landscaping experience to GreenView Partners. He got into the industry at a young age where he learned from his grandfather. Craig owned his own landscaping business for 13 years. Prior to joining GreenView Partners he was an account manager for a leading landscape and hardscape company in New York. Outside of work you will find him coaching and watching his children playing basketball and soccer. He and wife live in Rocky Point, NC with their 7 children.

Safety and Training Manager
Brad, a graduate of NC State University, joined GreenView Partners in 2018. He has over a decade of experience working with class A properties, office parks, Homeowners Associations and multi-family communities across North Carolina. Brad has his NC Pesticide License and is OSHA trained in hazardous materials operations. He lives in Holly Springs, NC with his wife, son, and yellow lab, Dixie.
RACHEL STEELE
Business Development Manager - Charlotte
Rachel, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, became a member of GreenView Partners in 2023. With seven years of experience in client relations, she is enthusiastic about contributing to the enhancement and beautification of the Charlotte landscape. During her downtime, Rachel enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as going on hikes with her dog.

NOE PEREZ
Maintenance Production Manager - Raleigh
Noe has over 12 years of landscaping experience, with over 10-years of experience with GreenView Partners. Prior to his career in landscaping, Noe worked in the construction industry. Noe has worked with our leadership team for 12 years, starting as a Maintenance Specialist and being awarded several promotions towards becoming a Production Manager. On the weekends, he enjoys taking his children to family events and church service on Sundays. A native of Mexico, Noe enjoys the flexibility to visit his family back home every holiday season.

Account Manager - Raleigh
Garrett has been with GreenView partners since 2013. Before becoming a part of the GreenView Partners team he worked as a Lawncare technician and sales representative at a large residential lawncare business in Cary, North Carolina. Garrett has seven years of combined experience in the landscape industry and has worked in GreenView's Enhancement & Maintenance divisions on his journey to becoming a Maintenance Production Manager. He lives in Sanford, NC with his wife daughter.
BRANDON SCRUGGS
Account Manager - Charlotte
Brandon joined GreenView Partners in January of 2019. He has seven years of commercial landscape experience, working in the Charleston, SC & Charlotte, NC markets. His passion for detail makes him an extremely valuable member of the GreenView Charlotte team. As Account Manager, Brandon oversees the GreenView Partners South-Charlotte portfolio. Brandon and his wife live in Belmont, NC and they both enjoy the outdoors and running various distance races.

Maintenance Production Manager - Fayetteville
Frankie joined Greenview Partners in the summer of 2016 as a Field manager and was quickly promoted to Production Manager. He has over 8 years of commercial landscape experience. He has a wealth of experience in managing landscape maintenance crews and maintaining large multi-family communities. Frankie is a leader in the field, training new and experienced crew members. Frankie is a great asset to Greenview and our customers.
SEAN STOKES | MLA, ASLA
Design + Build Division Manager
Sean joined Greenview Partners in 2017. He holds two degrees from North Carolina State University, a Masters of Landscape Architecture from the College of Design, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture/Landscape design. Sean has invaluable construction and design experience working for some of the top Landscape Architecture & Engineering firms across the country prior to coming to GreenView. He oversees all aspects design for GreenView Partners from concept to installation, ensuring overarching ideas are implemented through completion while growing the company through his network of professionals in the construction & design industries.
ANGEL RODRIGUEZ VEGA
Production Manager - Raleigh
Angel Rodriguez Vega is a native of Mexico, he and his family have resided in Durham, NC for about 20 years. Angel Rodriguez Vega has worked in the landscaping industry for approximately 11 years. Angel started his career in landscaping as a maintenance specialist and has worked hard through the years to become a Production Manager. In his off time, Angel enjoys going to the park and spending time with his family doing outdoor activities. He is a proud father of a current Mountaineer attending Appalachian State University.
ANDREA ZAHRAN
Director of Finance
Andrea joined GreenView Partners in 2017 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She is pursuing her Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With over 30 years of financial and business management experience, Andrea has gained extensive knowledge in accounting and information technology as a Financial Consultant and Controller for a variety of small to medium-sized businesses in the Triangle area. Her expertise includes management of staff, strategic planning, budget preparation, financial statement presentation, and the implementation of new systems and procedures for tracking project costs and budgets. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family and photography.
