ACCOUNT MANAGER

MAINTENANCE DIVISION

Job Overview

You’ll be based in Wilmington, NC as the primary point of contract for all customers and accounts in your portfolio. Focusing on Account Management you’ll also have the following responsibilities and skills.

 

  • Customer first based approach to all accounts in your portfolio.

  • Meet with existing and new accounts on a consistent basis.

  • Focus on the landscape details of every account in your portfolio.

  • Operate organized follow ups with customers and teams.

  • Assist and Support other departments when needed to foster a Team atmosphere.

  • Identify and notify customers of needed enhancements, and provide proposals in a timely fashion.

  • Promote teamwork within the company and provide clear customer expectations to production staff. 

  • Work with other managers on work schedules including seasonal work needs; provide training to new and existing staff as needed, making sure all work is performed in a timely manner in accordance with OSHA safety.
