To efficiently maintain a property of this scale, our crews utilize a tailored equipment mix and a site-specific maintenance strategy.

Equipment selection is intentional. Certain mowers are assigned to specific turf areas based on slope, soil conditions, and turf type. Over time, our crews have developed a deep understanding of the community’s turf performance, allowing them to adapt techniques for the best long-term results.

Challenges & Solutions

One of the biggest challenges at the start of service was uneven turf surfaces, which caused scalping and divots during mowing. To correct this, GreenView implemented a topdressing program to level the turf and restore consistency across lawns.

Another key challenge involved alignment and expectations among homeowners. Topics such as cut height, turf color, fertilization, and pruning preferences required education and communication. Warm-season and cool-season grasses respond differently to mowing height, and lowering cut height can impact turf color.
